Are you ready to join a growing and innovative team? Under Armour is looking for an Online Usability Manager to manage the online user experience and usability on www.underarmour.com. In this role you will be planning and executing the Online Usability Strategy, managing usability vendor relationships, overseeing ecommerce web analysis, reporting results and recommendations. What will I do at Under Armour?
- Get to know our customers and the way consumers interact with our website.
- Lead all analysis of the websites in terms of ongoing reporting, custom reports, ad hoc analyses and user insight studies.
- Plan, organize and conduct usability testing sessions with both internal and external users.
- Manage a team of analysts to ensure their work is accurate and leads to clear recommendations.
- Evolve our analytical capabilities through active coaching and mentoring of the team.
- Be the subject matter expert for all analytical development with regard to the web.
- Make recommendations for website improvements and present results/insights to senior management.
What does Under Armour need from me?
- Bachelors Degree
- 4+ years experience in a similar environment including leading a team
- 2+ years experience in ecommerce and/or usability preferred
- High-level skills with standard website analytic applications such as Webtrends, Coremetrics, Web Side Story or Omniture
- Passion and determination
