Job description
Busy interactive design consultancy is looking for a usability consultant to lead our in-house usability work.
We are looking for a usability consultant who can help develop and manage our user insight and testing work. We have in-house user testing facilities.
You'll be interested in putting the user at the heart of the design process, and be adept at user research, persona development, testing, analysis and reporting. There are considerable opportunities here to overhaul how the user is involved in the design process, so we're looking for someone who can demonstrate the right mix of ideas and experience.
We have a senior team across the business, so we're looking for a self-reliant individual who can manage their own time responsibly and play an active part in moving our work forward. You'll enjoy responsibility and control over your day-to-day work, surrounded by a talented and dedicated team of designers, developers and project managers.
This is a role where you can play an active part in the design process, from early-stage research and insight through to running user tests and contributing to the end-solution as part of the design team.
This is a full-time position, available immediately, with a salary commensurate with your capability and experience.
