Your responsibilities
- Conduct interface/usability research using focus groups, in-depth interviews, and behavioural observations in a lab-based environment.
- Analyse and interpret interface/usability research, and report/present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
- Design evidence-based usability solutions.
- Liaise with client organisations to ensure their needs are met.
Key selection criteria
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in the field of usability/HCI research and analysis
- A high level of understanding of interface/usability research and analysis techniques, such as user needs analysis, focus group moderation, interface/usability testing, card sorting, accessibility, etc.
- A genuine belief in, and passion for usability solutions and the value it delivers.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills (both written and oral).
