My client, based in Canary Wharf, is looking for a Usability Specialist to work on a complex information rich product. You will take a leading strategic role – you will define the long-term usability strategy in line with the customer experience vision. You will have a solid HCI/psychology background and have worked across research and user centred design to design system layout and user experience.
