Description

As a Customer Interaction Systems Analyst you will be responsible for the analysis, design, implementation and ongoing smooth running of how customers interact with their voice and web interfaces across the globe.
This exciting role will give you a great opportunity to work on Voice User Interfaces for telephone-based speech recognition systems. Working with a dedicated team of IVR engineers and key business owners and analysts, the successful candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities and designing and assisting implementation of suitable solutions.
It is essential that you have a demonstrable skill in HCI and hold an appropriate degree or diploma. It would be desirable if you have had exposure to working with VUI applications and installations.
