Description
This exciting integrated agency is looking to recruit a Senior Information Architect to work within their Digital Team. You will have at least 4 years experience in information architecture and information design (layout and forms design), interaction design (navigational systems). You should also be an expert user of the extended Microsoft Office suite – Visio expertise is obviously essential – and possess a good understanding of XHTML, CSS and JavaScript (it's hard to design a good user experience if you don't understand the medium you're working within). Good writing skills are an absolute must.
Essential duties and responsibilities
- Design of information architectures appropriate to the solutions we develop.
- Conduct client workshops in order to capture detailed project requirements.
- Development of wireframes, navigation schemes, taxonomies and labeling for web user interfaces.
- Provide technical input and assistance in creating proposals and new business development.
- Liaise with Production/Account Management team and provide technical input to project costing and requirements capture.
