Description
My client is a central London-based company focused on delivering compelling over-the-phone user experiences that solve the business problems of their global clients. They work with leading global telecoms and consumer brands to define and design services using speech recognition and multi-modal (both visual and audio) interfaces for the phone. This is a new and dynamic field for user experience designers, where the work you will do today defines the next generation of mobile services and customer service.
They are looking for a user experience professional with a minimum of 6 years experience in both service definition / information architecture and user research. You will be responsible for providing insights that will lead their client's vision, working with designers to define the service, and testing the way to a successful user experience. The successful candidate will have expertise in service design, information architect and usability. You will be a creative thinker with excellent communication skills who can distil large projects with complex issues to simple structures that will be the basis for highly usable interactions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a senior consultant interested in defining the next primary user experience – the phone and mobile devices, using speech recognition and multi-modal interfaces.
