Project Manager – Leading User Centred Design Consultancy
This leading user centred design agency, with a unique approach to customer experience strategy and design, is now looking for a talented Project Manager to come on board.
Committed to helping their clients gain a competitive advantage through user centred design, customer experience strategy, user research and usability testing, this agency enjoys a reputation for achieving exceptional results for their clients. Key accounts range from huge brands in the Media, Telecoms and the Travel sector – established global brands to ambitious dot coms.
As a Project Manager, you'll have the opportunity to work across their entire client portfolio. You'll hold responsibility for the planning and development of customer research and user centred design projects – ethnography, focus groups, user testing etc. From web applications to mobile, you'll own the project documentation and origination (project plans, SoWs, issue logs and risk assessments etc), day-to-day client liaison, and manage and motivate a team of UX consultants and 3rd party partners. Naturally you'll ensure projects are completed on time, on budget and to the highest standards.
You'll have a few years experience behind you as a Project Manager in a marketing or UCD agency, and ideally (though not essentially) a formal qualification such as Prince 2 or Agile under your belt. You're accustomed to handling budgets around the £50k mark and able to develop project plans to suit your client's particular requirements. A professional, positive attitude will ensure you fit well with the team. And an eagerness to embrace the latest trends and technologies for your clients will impress.
