Description

Responsibilities include:
- hands on usability testing, both one-to-one and group
- expert review
- usability audits
- heuristic evaluations
- information architecture
Softer skills required include:
- excellent communication skills, both orally and written
- a degree of maturity
- an assertive and articulate manner
Great presentation skills
You must be able to summarise findings and produce written reports that are demonstrative and understandable.
Good business skills
You must be able to look at a project from both a business and technical perspective – really be able to analyse what the aims and objectives are.
