Job description
Working for one of the largest Contact Centre teams in the UK and Europe, I have an opportunity for a Voice User Interface Consultant who specialises in the design and development of end-to-end user interface programmes.
You will be responsible for leading VUI on some of the most high profile projects across the UK and Europe within Banking, Retail and Public Sectors.
You will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery from design through to implementation. This end-to-end work will include:
- Discovering and analysing application requirements from both the client's and the caller's perspective
- Creating effective speech user interface designs including:
- call flow, dialogs and prompts to accomplish the requirements
- implementation of designs, including interacting with developers, directing voice talents and performing usability tests
- performance analysis of the user interface in the field
- recommendation of specific changes to improve caller satisfaction and transaction completion (Wizard of OZ testing, etc)
- providing feedback on the design and capabilities of speech recognition product software
This role will require no Java/JSP/ C /.Net expertise etc, but an appreciation of coding processes would be an advantage.
This is a senior/lead position, which requires excellent communication skills and a track record of managing sensitive customer relationships. You will have the opportunity to act as a subject matter expert and departmental lead within this leading Advanced Communications consultancy.
