About this role:
In this role you will use your experience and skills to develop and carry out usability testing solutions. You will be primarily responsible for: capturing briefs from the client, designing the test sessions structure and scripts, facilitating the sessions yourself and analyzing /writing up a report on the findings and recommendations.
Your skills:
You should have at least 5 years of experience in:
- Qualitative and quantitative usability testing techniques.
- Design and facilitation of usability sessions.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills.
- Ability and confidence to present your findings to relevant stakeholders.
- Excellent report writing skills.
- The ability to summarise and identify key findings and present them in a professional manner.
- Experience with eCommerce is a must.
