Recruit Media, an Aquent company is the leading user experience recruitment agency in London.
We are currently a team of three recruiters, we enjoy working on many high-profile information architecture and usability roles within the top 100 digital agencies, household brand names and many specialist user centred design consultancies. We work in partnership with our clients and have a very consultative and knowledgeable approach to matching core skills on both a freelance and permanent basis.
On a day-to-day basis you will be working in a supportive, friendly, hard working and passionate team. This is a busy marketplace and our remit is to help clients find the right talent and bring our candidates the best opportunities. You will be carrying out in-depth interviews with candidates, meeting and talking to clients both face to face and on the phone. You will have plenty of autonomy to strategically map the direction of your desk in line with business goals.
Our ideal teammate would be a recruiter with 2+ year's experience who wants to move into an exciting, cutting edge environment. Ethics and client and candidate integrity should be of paramount importance to you. You need to multi-task in this job – the industry is buoyant and fast paced with lots of opportunities for a recruiter who is passionate about delivering the finest service.
If you understand user experience or a broader digital remit that would be great. If you are a strong recruiter in other markets, we have proven experience of getting you up to speed in a specialist sector. We have a very experienced team who can support your learning curve; ongoing training on being a great recruiter and an industry specialist is provided.
