Senior Qualitative User Experience Researcher

As our Senior Qualitative Researcher, you will be a consultant and subject matter expert for a select portfolio of high profile clients. Your primary focus will be conducting qualitative research projects, typically for websites and mobile apps in various stages of development while at the same time building long term relationships with your clients.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Solid experience (6-10 years) conducting qualitative usability research studies on large-scale websites or web-based applications. Specifically, experience should include:
- Developing solutions, discussed/consultative options, and writing research plans/proposals for clients;
- Leading engagements with clients;
- Designing and writing discussion guides and screeners, overseeing the recruitment, developing test protocols, and questionnaires;
- Moderating one-on-one usability sessions or interviews, focus groups, and card sorting exercises using a variety of user research techniques;
- Using online/remote usability tools and survey software, such as WebEx, Morae, Keynote, and SurveyMonkey;
- Conducting presentations with senior-level business executives, product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and designers.
- Consulting experience, either in research specifically or with a management consulting firm that uses analytical data to support conclusions, and the ability to engage with business and research managers in Fortune 1000 companies.
- Excellent presentation skills, including building PowerPoint presentations and presenting results and recommendations to senior level clients.
